Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your order number from our store is sufficient.

Refunds

Since every item is custom made, we don’t actually offer any refunds. If your unit is damaged we can possibly exchange it for another one of the same type if we can determine if it was the shippers fault or our fault somehow.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} for additional instructions.
